- Uniform air permeability over entire surface. Woven air slide fabrics have higher permeability at the points of intersection between machine- direction & cross- direction yarns.
- The surface of the NON WOVEN AIR SLIDE is "monoplane", whereas woven airslde fabric have an un-uniform surface with yarns rising & falling in the weave pattern.
- NON WOVEN AIR SLIDE are available in a range of permeabilities to reduce the power required to shift a given mass of material.
- NON WOVEN AIR SLIDE are available in a blend of different textile fibres such as POLYESTER for strength, NYLON for smooth surface, ACRYLIC for resistance to moisture & alkaline conditions, ARAMID & BASALT for very high temperature reistance etc.
