Emerald Green Tea

Green teas are made without any fermentation so that the caffeine content is further reduced. Green tea has powerful catechins and anti oxidants which are known to fight viruses, destroy free radicals and have far reaching positive effects on the entire body. They have been savoured in Asian countries for centuries, both hot and cold and are now being embraced by the rest of the world for their amazing effects on skin and health. These teas should be brewed for only two to three minutes. Truly enjoyed best without milk or sugar.
Brewing Instructions
Take one heaped teaspoon per 200 ml of freshly boiled water. Use a tea pot or a carafe. Let water cool for 30 seconds. Pour water onto the tea. Cover and brew for at least 1-2 minutes adjusting brewing time with strength/taste desired. Rinse pot after wards with hot water only. Do not use soap. Please do not add milk/sugar.
