Available in 6.5 mm. 8.0 mm, 8.5 mm and 10 mm, our range of Nextflexs is easy to install and provides improved thermal performance as compared to traditional tubular heaters. Our range is capable of reducing the lead time for manifolds & plates that require bent tabular heaters. Furthermore, usage of these products has improved the transfer rate of heat and does not expand when installed. To make installation easier, it is recommended to start from middle of the mold channel, forming at the market center and further tap in with a Teflon and rubber mallet.
