Spray Clean - Industrial washing machine for parts

Spray Clean is a specialized industrial washing machine. Components to be washed are mounted on to the workstation, jets are designed to wash components effectively. This is mainly used in removing of dirt/chip or oil/grease. Our standard model comes with a 100 bar capacity. Based on the requirement the pressure can be increased.There is a 100 micron reusable stainless steel filter cartridge which is connected to the outlet of the workstation. This ensures the tank is clean and the media that enters the tank after washing is clean.The machine comes with a 3KW online heater. Meaning which, there is a pump which continuously circulates the media and while doing so heats the media, hence reduces the power requirement.The machine is built of stainless steel and runs in Auto mode only.There is a special set of jets which move along the workstation and it is pneumatically operated.This is best suited for cell production.Machine can be custom made to have a built in dryer.Similar chassis of the machine is used for rapid customization to meet various requirement.
