Our range of Tea Bag Machines are manufactured in conformity with the Tea industry standards and has the following specifications:
Heat sealed rectangular Tea Bags with print registered and notched Tags and String delivered in counts of 25s
Output- 100, 110 & 200 Tea Bags per Minute
Dosage variable- 6 CCs, or approximately 2.2 Gm of Tea
Size of Tea Bag- 62.5 mm X 50 mm
Size of Tag- 34 mm X 28 mm
Tea Bag Filter Paper used is of the heat sealing type with a width of 125 mm and 16.5 GSM in rolls
Tag Paper used 70 GSM register printed on both sides, and notched for Print registration and in rolls of 28 mm width.
Uses a String which is white and knot less
Uses Poly Vinyl Acetate dispersion Glue
