TEXOL Waste Treatment Incinerators is a latest advance waste treatment technology in the field of waste management system, we provides sound technical solutions to combat the problem of waste disposal, whether it is simple hospital waste or complex industrial waste, converts the waste into bottom ash, the flue gases are cleaned in Scrubber or air pollution control device (APCD) to remove pollutants before they are dispersed in the atmosphere.
TEXOL Incinerators are triple chamber incinerator with primary, secondary chamber and settling chamber to maintain temperature of minimum 850 deg C and 1050 deg C respectively and connected with scrubber and 30 Mts chimney to handle solid, liquid and gases waste, which are generated in various organizations as per PCB norms. TEXOL Incinerators having ranging capacity from 3 kgs per hour to any size as per customer requirement which is built rugged and sturdy with due mild steel IS2062 with structural support, it is lined with IS-8 refractory brick to with stand temperature up to 1500 deg C, IS-2042 insulation brick with sufficient thick and cladding with ceramic blankets.
TEXOL Incinerators and accessories like fully automatic mono block oil and gas fired burners, FD Fan to support primary combustion, induced draught fan (ID FAN) Stainless steel impeller with dynamic balanced, gasket, panel board, fuel tank, pipeline, temperature controllers are thoroughly inspected by our quality assurance staff before dispatching of material.
TEXOL Incinerators will be installed and commissioned at costumer place by professionals by latest technology erecting equipments and heavy duty crane under the supervision of our trained engineers, and operation training will be provided to your staff along with the operational and instruction manual. TEXOL also provide annual maintenance contract, running contract, spares and servicing of incinerator, burner, ID fan, refractory work, and chimney.
